What are the possibilities to participate in ICM conferences?

Our congresses take place on-site and we will inform about the possibility to purchase the proceedings (memory stick with all the presentations).

What is included in the registration fee? 

The participant pass includes access to the three co-located congresses, exhibition, beverages, and lunch buffet during the event. Also, participants will receive a memory stick with all the presentations. If you wish to join a plant tour, you can contact us (info@icm.ch) to check the availability and prices. 

I would like to make a presentation at a congress. How can I be a candidate?

You can submit your presentation title and abstract (approx. ½ page) in English to (info@icm.ch). Please inform yourself about the deadline on the <Speaker> page. The Lecture Group will review the abstract and contact you in a due time.

How do I book an exhibition rental space, sponsorship, and promotion package for the congress?

You can simply visit the section <Partners> on this webpage where you will find all the information. In order to book a booth, order a sponsorship or promotional package please click on the Book a Promo button or contact us (info@icm.ch).

How will my data be used for the congress?

When you register for the congress, you agree that ICM may use your name and photo for event-related promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your information or image used in this way, send us an email and we will make sure to respect your choice.

How can I access the WRF 2026 e-proceedings, and are they included in my congress ticket?

The WRF 2026 e-proceedings (PDFs) are included with every congress ticket and will be accessible to all registered delegates. For those who are not attending the event, the e-proceedings can also be purchased separately for learning and reference purposes. All files will be available after December 8, 2026, and will be delivered electronically via WeTransfer. If you are unable to access WeTransfer, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative delivery method.
