What are the possibilities to participate in ICM conferences?

Our conferences take place on-site but if you cannot travel, you can follow the congress on the Virtual Hub. The presentations will not be broadcasted live but you will have access to all conference video materials on demand for the 6 months period after the conference. 

What is included in the registration fee? 

The 1-day and 2-day pass includes access to all the congress sessions, exhibition, beverages, and lunch buffet during the congress. Also, all participants will receive an access to the Virtual Hub. If you wish to join the networking dinner, tour or workshop additionally, you can contact us (info@icm.ch) to check the availability and prices. 

How to access the ICM events app?

You will have to look for the ICM events app link in your invitation email, which will be sent out shortly before the congress, or scan the QR code to access the ICM events app. Visit the section <Events app> on this website for step by step process.

I did not receive an email verification code to log in to the ICM events app. What shall I do?

1. First, make sure you are registered for the event, if you’re not registered you can do so by clicking on the <Register now> button.
2. Check your junk folder for the email confirmation.
3. Another option is to click on the "Didn't receive code link" on the Events app log in page and try to have it sent again. If you still haven't received the email, please contact the organizer.

Is there a Mobile App for the event?

You can access the ICM events app in your browser or you can download the Mobile App. You will have to open the invitation email you have received from the organizer in order to download the app or scan the QR Code in the section <Events app> on this webpage. Step by step process is to be found there as well.

Where can I find the presentations, and how can I download them?

All presentations can be found on the ICM events app under the section Agenda/ Program. To download the presentations, open the events app and find the PDFs under each individual session.

I would like to make a presentation at a congress. How can I be a candidate?

You can submit your presentation title and abstract (approx. ½ page) in English to (info@icm.ch). Please inform yourself about the deadline on the <Speaker> page. The Lecture Group will review the abstract and contact you in a due time.

How do I book an exhibition rental space, sponsorship, and promotion package for the congress?

You can simply visit the section <Partners> on this webpage where you will find all the information. In order to book a booth, order a sponsorship or promotional package please click on the Book a Promo button. 

How will my data be used for the congress?

When you register for the congress, you agree that ICM may use your name and photo for event-related promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your information or image used in this way, send us an email and we will make sure to respect your choice.
